DINTER ENGINEERING COMPANY regularly incorporates energy-efficient designs conforming to the latest guidelines of the Model Energy Code, ASHRAE, state energy codes, California Title 24, and local adopted green standards. All of our designs include the latest in energy efficient systems and reduced-consumption technologies. Dinter has received many awards from utility companies for our energy-efficient designs.

Design-Build

Dinter has been participating in design-build contracts for many decades. In the past five years alone, the firm has served on nearly 100 design-build contracts for projects in four states for many different federal agencies including the U.S. Navy/Marine Corps, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Air Force, Department of Energy, Department of Veteran Affairs, and General Services Administration.

Also of note, Dinter has served as Lead Design Firm on roughly half of the firm's design-build contracts done in the past five years. As a result, the firm is very familiar with the process of working directly for contractors and managing subconsultants.
