Experience:
Mr. Berdan's engineering career began over 40 years ago. He spent two decades working in the electrical/electronic repair field for the U.S. Navy where he gained experience with fire and security alarm systems and communication, telephone, and audio/visual systems. Michael joined Dinter Engineering Company in 1998.
Mr. Berdan has worked on a variety of new and remodeled projects for Dinter Engineering. His responsibilities have included design of projects; CADD/Revit® BIM technician services; electrical calculations for sizing of devices and conductors, generator and service sizing, interior and exterior lighting, and circuit voltage drop; cost estimatesfor projects in all phases; specifying electrical equipment and lighting fixtures; interfacing with clients, architects, contractors, utilities and engineers on projects; as-building existing electrical systems; and construction support services.
Mr. Berdan is currently a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA).
