Mrs. Cerveri-Moore has many years of experience (see below) in the bookkeeping and accounting world, starting her career with a well-known outdoor recreation company, where she spent 17 years doing bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for the firm. In 2007, Mrs. Cerveri-Moore joined Dinter Engineering and began a two and a half year training period under Dinter's former partner and accounting manager, Suzie Myres. After Suzie's retirement, Rhonda assumed the responsibilities of accounting, bookkeeping, HR and payroll for the company.

Mrs. Cerveri-Moore's vibrant personality and easy laugh make her a joy to work with. She always has an eclectic mix of music playing in her office, and spends her free time reading, watching racing, and four-wheeling with her family.
